Shipping Protocol

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We do not process orders on weekends, as that would contradict the entire premise of this brand.

Carriers

All packages are shipped from New York City via USPS or UPS. Tracking numbers are provided automatically via email upon dispatch. Free standard shipping on all orders. US only.

International

Currently shipping within the US only. Global expansion is on the roadmap, but we aren't there yet.

Return Policy

The Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. 

The Conditions

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. We cannot accept returns on items that have clearly been to a ski resort or a tennis court.

The Cost

A flat fee of $5.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and handling.

The Process 

To initiate a return, simply log in to our Return Portal using the email associated with your order. Select the item you wish to return and follow the instructions.

Damages

If your hardware malfunctions or the product arrives defective, please do not use the portal. Email us immediately at [email protected] with a photo. We will replace it free of charge (no return fee applied).
