Refund policy
The Window We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 15 days have gone by, the item is yours forever.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that have clearly been used on a commute, a ski slope, or a tennis court.
Return Shipping Fee Please note that a flat fee of $5.00 will be deducted from your refund total to cover return shipping and handling costs.
How to Start a Return (Self-Service) We use a self-service portal to keep things efficient. No need to email us for approval.
- Log in to our Return Portal using the email address associated with your order.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Follow the instructions to generate your return shipping label.
Damages and Issues If your hardware malfunctions or the product arrives defective, please do not use the portal. Instead, email us immediately at [email protected] with a photo. We will replace it free of charge (no return fee applied).
Exceptions / Non-returnable items We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have via the portal, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (minus the $5 shipping fee). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
